When we bought our first home, we used the sales office of the home builder with no relator help. After this experience, I regret not hiring him before!! Scott is extremely knowledgeable of the process. He also has great connections to vendors like cleaning, inspections, lawn, and more! He was extremely responsive and transparent with every decision and correspondence. When problems occurred, he provided our options, his recommendation, but supported any direction we took and made it happen. He is very charismatic and professional which was great when communicating with potential buyers and other agents and sellers. He is able to build great connections that provides everyone a positive experience! I cannot recommend him enough and I would hire him again, but we probably won't be moving again because he got us such a great deal and find!

He is a very straight forward, upfront, no-nonsense kind of person. Scott is also extremely knowledgeable about all central texas properties. Most agents are smooth talkers and good sales people but don't have a clue about what they're really talking about and make mistakes and screw up all the time. Scott is spot on with his work and I can't be more glad I met him as I won't ever use any other agent to list my properties and show me ones for sale. He is even a better negotiator than I am as well.

Before my son’s sophomore year at Texas State University, my husband I and wanted to purchase a property for him to live with space to rent out to other students. We were picturing a “fixer upper” to get the most for our money. Scott showed us several places but had a suggestion of his own. He took us to a new neighborhood with brand new condos available. Scott has great knowledge of real estate and really has a pulse on the San Marcos/Kyle area.
